Business Planning
Every great business starts with a vision and a plan. Physician Skin Institute works with our clients to develop a feasibility study and business plan. We will help you do research to analyze your location, market and competition. We work with you to develop your vision and mission and refine your concept. We will create a working budget outlining capital expenditures and upfront costs as well prepare forward looking financial projections including a pro-forma statement of cash flow, P&L and balance sheet. We will also help you get financing at the most competitive rates available. Together we develop a solid marketing plan (based on our years of experience) to generate new customers. A solid business plan lets you know what to expect when opening your business and helps you prepare for a successful future.
New Location Start Up
Moving into a new location takes coordination and sophistication to maximize the use of your space and make it as luxurious as possible. while staying in a budget. Our services will help you from every stage of the process from working with zoning and permit issues to designing the interior of the space. Creating the proper ambience in your Medical Spa will drive repeat business and the ambience starts with design.

Because we are an independent company, you will not be locked into any particular brand and wet will guide you to select the best equipment for your needs.

We will help you not only select lined of products, create relationships with vendors, and set up inventory procedures, most importantly we will train you how to present your offering in a way that clients keep buying in order look and feel their best using your products.
Staff Training
As the founder of National Laser Institute, Arizona's laser training institution, Physicians Skin Institute has a strong commitment to training professionals to use lasers in a safe and effective manner. Our experts have the qualifications to train Doctors, Nurses and Aestheticians how to use lasers safely for a variety of cosmetic procedures. Our training covers the areas of Laser Biophysics, Tissue Interaction, Skin Care, Safety and Treatment modalities.
Training staff to use a laser is just one component of running a Medical Spa. All your staff will need to be educated in laser safety protocols. The owner and managers of the Medical Spa need training to set up the proper protocols and procedures including delegation of authority, maintaining proper safety procedures and following regulatory and compliance standards. We also work with staff to perfect their customer service and sales skills.
Business Infrastructure
Our business consulting team helps you streamline your policies and procedures, develop an operations manual, service techniques and product manuals. We will develop and design your spa menu and medical aesthetic packages.
